Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 18, 2026

Short version: MeetSuite has no servers, no accounts, no analytics and no tracking. The developer collects nothing. Everything the app stores stays on your Mac.

1. Who we are

MeetSuite is an independent macOS app published at meetsuite.us. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC. Contact: support@meetsuite.us.

2. What MeetSuite does

MeetSuite shows Google's own web apps (Google Chat, Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Meet) for up to four Google accounts in one window, plus a native list of upcoming meetings read from your Mac's Calendar.

3. Data the developer collects

None. MeetSuite contains no analytics, advertising, crash-reporting or tracking code, and it never sends data to the developer or to any server operated by the developer.

4. Data stored on your Mac

MeetSuite never sees or stores your Google password. You sign in on Google's own pages.

5. Google services

When you use Chat, Gmail, Calendar or Meet inside MeetSuite, you are using Google's websites directly, just as in a web browser. Google's handling of that data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. MeetSuite does not use Google APIs and does not access your Google data outside those pages.

6. Camera, microphone and notifications

Camera and microphone are used only during Google Meet calls, and only after you grant macOS permission. Notifications are shown locally on your Mac.

7. Deleting your data

Removing an account in Manage Accounts deletes its web session data. Deleting MeetSuite removes all of its data from your Mac. You can revoke Calendar, camera, microphone or notification access at any time in System Settings.

8. Children

MeetSuite is not directed at children under 13 and collects no information from anyone.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated.
